Mail Forwarding – Pricing & Rules
What we forward
- Mail/envelopes that fit entirely inside a padded standard legal-size envelope (8.5″ × 14″)
- We will add more than one item in the envelope when possible
- Boxes/packets are forwarded as-is.
Pricing
- $9.99 base fee + padded envelop fee + all carrier shipping fees + taxes.
- Charges are authorized and processed once the carrier has accepted the package for delivery.
Forwarding schedule
- Parcels forwarded the last Wednesday of each month.
- If the last Wednesday falls on one of the following, the forwarding will occur on the next open business day:
- a statutory (federal or provincial) holiday,
- Day where PostalGates is closed.
Parcel Delivery (Hamilton & St-Catherine)
Service Area
- Delivery is available only within the City of Hamilton and St-Catherine
Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made every Wednesday before 10 p.m.
- If Wednesday falls on one of the following, the forwarding will occur on the next available business day
- a statutory (federal or provincial) holiday,
- Day where PostalGates is closed.
